You can place your order in the following ways:

  • From our electronic shop at www.www.zeliacosmetics.com, using the electronic shopping basket

The products will be dispatched to you on the following working day, following confirmation of payment; the legal tax receipt or invoice will be enclosed in the package.

After browsing through our electronic shop and selecting the products you are interested in, describe them, adding their code numbers and quantities you want, as well as the address they are to be dispatched to, either in your electronic message or on the phone, from Monday to Friday 10:00-15:00.  In turn, we will respond to inform you about product availability, cost and postage. You then confirm your order and pay for it it through credit or debit card, through PayPal, through bank deposit or pay-on-delivery (offered for dispatches in Greece).

Whichever manner of payment you may choose, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail message recording all data concerning your order.


Upon delivery, the client is obliged to check the packaging and make sure there are no external, aesthetic defects. If there are any, the client is entitled to reject the delivery of the item and return it to the dispatcher or to announce the presence of aesthetic defects within ten (10) calendar days from receiving the item.  More specifically, products delivered to clients are accepted when returned in the following cases:

  • When a product you did not order is delivered to you by mistake
  • When a product does not correspond to the description posted on www.zeliacosmetics.com website
  • If you discover any wear and tear on the products you received caused by the manner of their transportation

A product may be returned only if:

  • The product is accompanied by the original retail receipt or invoice that proves the transaction.
  • The product packaging has not been opened or its seal broken.
  • The product is in original state and has not been used.

If these prerequisite conditions are fulfilled, you can contact us within three (3) working days from the date the packet was delivered, either on the phone by calling  +30 2310 330206 or through e-mail at zelia@www.zeliacosmetics.com, so that the wrong product return can be planned and, if you so wish, the right product you ordered to be delivered free of transport charge. Initial postage expenses are not refunded.  Whatever communication channel you may choose, we will handle your order and your wish in the best possible manner.


  • Using a credit or debit or pre-paid card

If you select to pay for your order through a credit, debit or pre-paid card, you will be transferred to the website of the bank we work with, and you have to follow the procedure indicated. Before confirming your order, your card will be pre-approved and the total amount for your order reserved.   This reservation is valid until the order has been confirmed, after which point the amount reserved will be collected.

Our electronic shop at www.www.zeliacosmetics.com accepts payments through credit, debit and pre-paid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners cards as well as through the use of Masterpass electronic wallet.

  • PayPal payment

You can use the PayPal electronic payment gate to pay for your order.  Charges for this service come to 3.4% + 0.35 EUR according to the official notification by www.paypal.com

In this case, please record your full name and order number as, in as well as the reason for the deposit.  If you have selected to make a payment through another bank, rather than the ones above, you may have to bear the extra charge for such an inter-bank transaction.

  • Pay-on-delivery / Cash (Valid only for Greece)

The charge for cash on delivery is 2,00 € and the cost of delivery on Saturday is 3,5 €.

Pay-on-delivery for products dispatched to other countries is not possible.


If you have selected to pay by credit or debit or pre-paid card, your transaction will be processed under the security system of the National Bank or ALPHA BANK, which apply the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol using 128bit encryption (the most powerful to date). This way, your personal data are encrypted and cannot be read or changed while being transferred over the Internet.

Furthermore, in order to avoid fraud/malicious transactions, there is the online Fraud Detection & Prevention system to protect money collection through our electronic shop. Finally, all money collections are secured through the Verified-by-Visa and Master Card Secure Code (3D Secure) services, which minimise disputes by our clientele.


Your orders are dispatched using a courier service.  Delivery time is 2-4 working days for deliveries within Greece.

Orders from countries outside Greece are shipped by DHL Express. The DHL Express delivery time is 1-2 business days.

For delivery outside the EU, the client is responsible for customs clearance and for payment of any charges due to import duties or custom services.

www.zeliacosmetics.com is not responsible for non-observance of estimated delivery times, when these are caused by the transport companies, or wrong contact/address data given by the customer or force majeure.


  • Transport cost within Greece is 3.5 € when dispatched by a courier service.
  • FREE Delivery:  For purchases over € 49.00, when dispatched within Greece.


  • Transport cost within EU is 10.0 €, dispatched by DHL Express.
  • FREE Delivery:  For purchases over € 89.00, dispatched by DHL Express


  • Transport cost outside EU is 16.0 €, dispatched by DHL Express.
  • FREE Delivery:  For purchases over € 119.00, dispatched by DHL Express
